Adult-Web-Design.Com Partnership Program - Terms and Conditions

You the Webmaster (WM) and Adult-Web-Design.Com (AWD) shall adhere to the following terms and conditions at all times and these terms and conditions are legally binding. The term of this Agreement shall be indefinite. AWD reserves the right to change this agreement and terminate this Agreement at any time, without cause. Delivery of notice via e-mail shall be considered sufficient notice to WM.

  1. The WM must maintain an up-to-date E-mail address with AWD, so that AWD can contact them with updates, etc. If the WM can not be contacted via e-mail then one phone call will be made to the WM stating that their E-mail address is not functioning. If AWD is unable to contact the WM, the WM will be terminated from the program and all funds will be forfeited.
  2. The WM must maintain an up-to-date URL (to their AWD promotional site) with AWD. If AWD or any representative of AWD can not locate the WMs URL, one e-mail will be sent to WM stating that their URL is not up-to-date. The WM will be given 2 days to reply with an updated URL, if AWD does not receive a reply, within this time frame, the WM will be terminated from the program and all funds will be forfeited.
  3. The WM is required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number on the registration form. AWD is required to file a 1099 for all U.S. domestic entities to whom we paid out at least $600.00 within the calendar year (Jan-Dec).
  4. If the WM changes credit card processing companies or fails to maintain a link to their AWD sign up form the WM will be terminated from the program and all funds will be forfeited.
  5. When the WM quits the program or is terminated the WM must remove all photos provided by AWD immediately. To maintain copies of AWD photos will be a copyright violation and the WM will be prosecuted.
  6. The WM must have their site completed and ready to participate in the AWD program within 60 days of sign up. After 60 days if their site is not ready to participate in the program the WM will be terminated from the program.
  7. If the WM fails to generate a reasonable amount of revenue (below the $50.00 minimum to receive a check) for 3 months the WM will be terminated from the program and all funds will be forfeited.
  8. The WM will not use "spamming" or other illegal or deceptive practices to promote their AWD site. If a WM is found to be using illegal promotional practices, the WM will be terminated from the program and all funds will be forfeited.
  9. WebSiteBilling, our credit card processor, will provide full daily stats to the WM at WebSiteBiling's site.
  10. AWD will provide all members content and customer service, in conjunction with WebSiteBilling.
  11. Revenue sharing will be in accordance with the following table -
    *total net membership revenue within a two week pay period percentage to You (WM) percentage to us (AWD)

    *total net membership revenue is defined as the total gross membership revenue from all of your sites less 15% credit card. The revenue split will be determined prior to each revenue check being cut.
  • AWD will cut checks twice each month on the 1st and 15th. The checks cut on the 1st will cover the period from the 1st-15th of the previous month. The checks cut on the 15th will cover the period from the 16th-31st of the previous month. The minimum amount for a check to be cut is $50.00. If the WM does not meet or exceed the $50.00 minimum then the revenue generated by the WM is carried over to the next pay period.
  • At anytime the WM may terminate with AWD, but continue to generate revenue through renewal subscriptions. The WM must contact AWD to set this up. The WM must remove the "join" link and must maintain the "members" link. The WM will continue to participate in the program and receive revenue checks as long as the WMs renewal revenue remains above $50.00. At such time as the WMs renewal revenue drops below the minimum $50.00 the WM will be terminated from the program and any remaining funds will be forfeited.
  • AWD offers the use of a maximum of 10 photos to WM for the sole purpose of promoting their Adult-Web-Design.Com Members Section. Any other use of AWD photos is prohibited.
